Hi, I’m Faran and I am a Reconnection Therapist.
I was born in Israel, raised in Luxembourg, traveled and studied in India and Nepal, completed my B.A in the Netherlands, and lived and learned in Berlin for 5 years – before I moved back to Israel in December 2017. I know what it means to not really belong anywhere and everywhere at the same time – which is why I mostly attract clients with an international background. I believe that our emotions are a language we can learn to understand and work with. They are our most precious guides and once we learn to tune in to and make space for them without letting them control us, we can truly be free.
I am also convinced that we have all our answers inside but have become alienated from this deep inner knowledge through trauma, repression & cultural conditioning. I use the healing power of somatics, embodiment – , and systemic work to gently guide my clients on their inner journey through the unconscious, towards a richer & fuller experience of life and themselves.

- Formation as a Yoga teacher in the ‘Association for Yoga and Meditation India’ in Rishikiesh, RYS 200 (Registered Yoga school), IYA (Indian Yoga Alliance) 200hrs, 2011
- Internship in Yoga Therapy with Manuela Heider de Jahnsen at the “Society of Friends” , Berlin, Germany – 2013 – 2014
- Guest-Student at the Kathmandu University in the Centre of Buddhist Studies with the specialization in Tibetan studies & Buddhist philosophy 2010
